WHY RENEW HER STUDIO EXISTS
Twenty years on one side of the table. Then the work became personal.
For more than two decades, La Shawn R. Stanton built people strategies, benefits programs, and leadership experiences across mission-driven organizations. She understood how organizations decide what support to offer because she had helped make those decisions.
On April 15, 2024, she was diagnosed with breast cancer. Surgery, treatment, and recovery placed her on the receiving end of systems she had spent her career helping shape.
What she found was a gap between what care systems provide and what a woman needs as she learns to live beyond treatment. La Shawn is building Renew Her Studio™ while she is still healing, for herself and for every woman asking what comes next.

La Shawn R. Stanton
La Shawn R. Stanton is the founder of Renew Her Studio™, a breast cancer survivor, certified executive coach, and former Chief People Officer with more than two decades of experience building people strategies, benefits programs, and leadership experiences.
Her diagnosis transformed a professional understanding of support into a deeply personal mission. Through Renew Her Studio, she is creating thoughtful products, education, experiences, and community for women navigating life during and after breast cancer.
