A former Chief People Officer, certified executive coach, board leader, and breast cancer survivor, La Shawn spent more than two decades helping organizations care for people — then experienced recovery from the other side.
She founded Renew Her Studio to help close the space between excellent medical care and the everyday realities that remain: body changes, confidence, practical needs, work, relationships, reflection, and the question of who you are becoming now.
